Refund Policy All online orders are eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange as long as you notify Focalpoint Outdoors of your intention to return your order. You must notify Focalpoint Outdoors within 14 days of receipt of your order and return your order no longer than 14 days after notifying us. Failing to do so will affect our ability to refund, exchange or replace your items. Returning items you must fill out the form at the bottom of this page and include whether you would like a refund, exchange or replacement. If you would like us to replace faulty items, the faulty items must be photographed and defects listed in the contact form. This policy will apply to all orders placed with us. What are my Shipping and Delivery Options? In-store Pickup In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickup is available Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Standard Shipping We offer standard shipping which is expected within 2-4 Business Days which is free on orders over £50 otherwise charged at £4.99. Express Shipping We also offer Express Shipping usually delivered within 1-2 Business Days. Express shipping is free on orders over £250 otherwise charged at £7.99. Large / Heavy Delivery We offer a Large / Heavy Delivery for all items over 10KG or where the products packaging is over 1m in length, width or depth. Large / Heavy Delivery usually takes 3-5 Business Days and costs £9.99 on orders up to £250 and £4.99 for orders over £250. All of our delivery times are meant as a guide but are estimates only. How long does it take to process my return We process returns within 48 hours of receiving your items. Refunds are processed within 48 hours but may take up to 10 working days to clear into your account and exchanges may take a further 48 hours to be processed.
